Local eBuilder Terms and Conditions – Website Development Services
1. Project Agreement
By confirming the project, the client agrees to the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and requirements discussed before development begins. Any changes after approval may affect cost and delivery time.
2. Project Requirements
The client must provide all necessary information, content, images, logos, and other materials needed for the website. Delays in providing requirements may also delay the project timeline.
3. Payment Terms
A down payment or initial payment of 50% is required before the project starts. The remaining balance must be fully paid before the website is delivered or launched. No full payment means no final website files or website launch.
4. Revisions
The project includes a limited number of revisions(2) as agreed before starting. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Project Timeline
We will provide an estimated delivery date. However, delays caused by missing content, late feedback, or additional requests from the client may extend the timeline.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content and materials, reviewing updates and giving feedback on time, and ensuring all provided materials do not violate copyright laws.
7. Changes to Scope
Any new features, pages, or functions not included in the original agreement will be considered additional work and will be charged separately.
8. Ownership Rights
Once full payment is completed, the client will fully own the website design and content delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the project after work has started, the initial payment is non-refundable and will cover the work already completed.
10. Website Maintenance
After project completion, maintenance and updates are not included unless a separate agreement is made.
11. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as plugins, payment gateways, or external integrations. However, if we provide the hosting and domain name, we will be responsible for issues directly related to those services.
We are the one managing the client’s hosting and domain name renewal, 1 month before it expires if we are the one who provide forthe client, we will contact you to confirm if you want to renew or not.
If the client doesnt have their own domain or hosting, we will use our own server to produce this to able to setup the project.
12. Control Delays
We, as the developers, understand how valuable both our time and your time are. We want to minimize project delays and ensure that the workflow remains smooth and efficient for both parties.
In cases where we require materials, approvals, revisions, feedback, or other important information, and we do not receive a response within 24 hours after contacting the client, we may proceed to the next stage of the project to avoid unnecessary delays.
Any additional work, revisions, or changes requested later due to skipped or incomplete stages may require additional payment on the final payment.
13. Agreement Confirmation
By proceeding with the project and making the initial payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
After the approval of the quote, we require clients to read this before we proceed with the payment and get started with the project to ensure that we are clear and transparent with the clients.
